In brick and tile production, screening feeder can supply the good processed raw material contiously. This machine will be installed before the extruder ,increasing raw material plasticity .

The circular screen feeder is equivalent to a mixer plus a double roller crusher，meaning you could just use this one to processe raw material.

Structural Features

1. Double‑shaft stirring design with stirring cutters on each shaft, supporting automatic discharging and raw material extrusion.
2. Extrusion unit for extruding and filtering raw materials, separating impurities from clay and realizing good plasticizing effect.
3. Sealed reduction gearbox with forced lubricating oil to protect gears and guarantee power performance.
4. Motor belt pulley driven by belt transmission.
5. ndependent pressure‑resistant structure separated from replaceable material shifting cutters.
6. Stirring cutters equipped with wear‑resistant liners.
7. Stirring shaft made of 40Cr material; replaceable stirring cutters of high‑chromium cast iron.
8. Mesh plate welded from high‑quality steel, surface welded with tungsten carbide for superior wear resistance.
